We assign a suit to 3 tables (hearts, clubs and spades)  Then we take an old deck of cards and pull the Ace through 8 of each of those suits. (24 players).  If you have 23 or 22 you can adjust by pulling the 8's out of one or two of the suits.  Then we just draw cards and the people sit at their respective seats (ace is the dealer) (2 is the small and the 3 is the big)  We will re-draw when go to 2 tables, and also for the final table.
